At K Beauty, every soap is carefully handcrafted in Canada using 100% natural, ingredients. Due to the nature of our handmade personal care products, we maintain the following return and refund policy to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Used products
• Products that have been altered after delivery

All sales are considered final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, K Beauty will either:

• Send a replacement product, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution several business days to process the refund after it has been issued.
